RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


What is your return policy?

-We do not accept returns. All sales are final.  Please ensure that you have selected the correct items before finalizing your purchase.

I think my package was lost or stolen.

-Once orders are placed with the shipping carrier and in transit, Mahogany Wick is no longer responsible for your items.  We will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking and carrier information upon your request.  It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages.

My items arrived damaged, what should i do? 

-If your items arrive damaged, please email us at mahoganywick@gmail.com with photos of the damaged goods within 7 days of delivery.
